Money Flow Tracker ("MFT", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Money Flow Tracker application.

The application may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Income records
• Expense records
• Account names and balances
• Budget information
• Transaction categories
• Transaction notes
• Savings goals
• Receipt images uploaded by users (optional)
• If you enable SMS-based transaction detection, the sender and content of relevant transaction SMS messages, and the transaction details extracted from them
• Device, advertising, diagnostic, and usage information collected by our service providers, as described below

If you choose to enable SMS-based transaction detection, the app accesses relevant transaction messages only to identify and extract transaction information, such as the amount, merchant or sender, date, and account reference. SMS data is used to provide this feature and is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with advertising partners. You can decline or revoke the SMS permission in your device settings; the SMS-based feature will then stop working.

Financial records are primarily stored on your device. If you create an account or enable cloud sync or backup, account and financial data may also be stored using Firebase services so that the selected features can work across devices. Settings and onboarding choices are stored on your device. We do not sell your personal information.

The application uses the following third-party services. Their collection and use of data are governed by their own privacy policies.

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Authentication and Firebase/Firestore services, when you use account or cloud-sync features
• Google AdMob for advertising

We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob and its ad partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interaction, diagnostic information, and approximate location derived from an IP address to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalize ads. We do not provide your financial records or SMS content to AdMob for advertising. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request the required consent before serving personalized ads. You can review or change your advertising-consent choices in the app where that option is available.

We take reasonable measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

User data is retained only as long as necessary to provide application functionality and comply with applicable legal requirements. When a verified account-deletion request is completed, associated account data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for law, security, or fraud prevention.

Money Flow Tracker is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
